    The name of the Association shall be the Association of Chinese Scientists and Engineers - U.S.A., hereinafter referred to as ACSE. The association shall be a non-political and not-for-profit organization under the laws of the State of Illinois.The headquarters of theAssociation shall be determined by the Board of Directors.The Association shall devote to cooperation, development and contribution through its social, academic, professional and educational activities.
