来自比利的雷纳特·莫劳，曾在米其林三星餐厅担任厨师长，也被业内誉为北京外国烹饪界的“教父”。作为久居中国的外国女婿，莫劳对北京多年来的发展变化感到很开心。他说，如今的北京越来越美，绿地更多了。与北京这座城市相守二十多年，莫劳用“北京，我爱你”这种最直白的方式表达了他的热爱。 Rennat Morel, "The Godfather" of Beijing's foreign culinary circle, hails from Belgium and has lived in China for more than 30 years. He opened the restaurant Morel’s in the capital with his wife, a native of Beijing, over 20 years ago and decided to settle down in the city. Living in Beijing for so long, he has developed a growing love for the capital. “I love Beijing,” he stressed.
