土航对近期前往伊斯坦布尔机票退改签处理办法
中国侨网6月29日电 据中国驻伊斯坦布尔总领事馆消息，由于伊斯坦布尔机场发生恐怖袭击事件，土耳其航空公司特此通知中国出发的机票的最新处理规则。
所有已在2016年6月28 日之前出票，并于2016年6月28日-7月5日期间，搭乘土耳其航空前往伊斯坦布尔或者经由伊斯坦布尔转机的客运机票，在2016年7月31日前都可免费换开，无需考虑原订舱位。
1)更改航班日期/更改目的地
出行航班将可免费更改到2016年7月31之前的任何一个航班/航线。在同等服务舱的前提下，无需考虑原订座舱位。
2)退票
a) 未使用机票：全退免退票费
b) 已使用机票：按照非自愿退票处理
3)延长机票的有效出发日期：
a) 无需考虑原订舱位，机票的有效期可免费延至2016年7月31日及之前的任意一天。
b) 若中国出发航班需更改至2016年7月31日之后的航班，则根据原订舱位运价规则来实施。

Dear Passengers,
Due to the incident that has taken place at Ataturk International Airport on28 June 2016, passengers who have bookings on the flights from/to IstanbulAtaturk Airport between 28 Jun - 05 Jul 2016, provided that they submit theirrequest until 31 Jul 2016:
1) All rebooking and rerouting will be made without any charge。
2) Refund requests:
a) Unused tickets: Refund will be made without any charge; or
b) For partially used tickets, when planned trip is not complete; the remaining flights will be refunded without any charge。
3) Extension of ticket validity:
Validity of ticket can be extended until 31 Jul 2016 (included) without any fare difference or charge。
